Sydney World Pride ‘23

SYDNEY WORLD PRIDE is coming to Darlinghurst (Feb-March 2023) and joining forces with Sydney Mardi Gras to present the biggest event that Oxford Street has seen in a long, long time! In addition to the excitement of the Mardi Gras Parade returning to our main drag we have Pride Villages popping up and a 48hrs street party to top it all off. Check out their site for events, ticketing and more!

Happy Hours 2022

HAPPY HOURS (November ‘22) is a yearly spring celebration of all the good things in Eastside Sydney (Darlo, Potts Point, Surry Hills and Woolloomooloo). Our precincts have the best that Sydney has to offer - from coffee to negronis, small bars, world class restaurants, roof top views and alfresco dining. Show your support for your favourite barista, or pizzeria, or wine bar or local pub. Or find a new favourite! We’ve got $20 meal deals and all day lunch and bottomless brunch deals too.

Oxtravaganza 2022

Oxtravaganza - when Darlo Does Mardi Gras as only Darlinghurst can, with celebrations and activations for two weeks along Oxford St and into surrounding areas (last 2 weeks in February). Local businesses ramp up the glitter-vibe and our celebration of the Pink Mile sees dozens of businesses coming together to offer special retail promotions, live music + performance, viewing parties, outdoor entertainment, art walks, plus food and drink deals.

Taste of Stanley St 2022

Stanley Street, the iconic Sydney foodies’ destination is celebrating Good Food Month on Saturday January 15th, with a day of Good Food Pairings along the street. No need to get on a plane for some international taste sensations - its all here. Tacos and Margaritas, Dumplings and Beer, Arancini and Aperol, Pinot and Pate - taste the world on your plate, Stanley St style. The street will be closed to traffic and from lunchtime through to evening we invite you to join us for food pairings, live music and al-fresco dining.

Happy Hours 2021

Originally planned for October, our HAPPY HOURS festival is back (25 November-5 December 2021) to coincide with reopening, more freedoms in venues and yes, even dancing! There’s a major focus on food and drink and performance this year. Restaurants and bars have great deals and live music pops up in unusual spaces. Plus, we have comedy, cabaret, jazz, podcasts, writers talks, trivia and bottomless brunches - there never been a better excuse to come out and support local.
